Card condition & authenticity
Cards are near-mint or better unless the listing says otherwise. Every autograph and memorabilia card comes from a certified manufacturer release (Topps, Panini, Bowman) or carries third-party authentication. The graded card is slabbed by PSA, SGC, or BGS.
What "guaranteed" means
Guaranteed attaches to categories, not specific cards: the graded slab, autograph, memorabilia/patch, numbered or short print, rookie, star, one-touch premium card, and five sleeved cards — in every box, no exceptions. Product photos show examples only. No specific card, player, grade, or value is promised beyond those categories.

Returns & refunds
Sealed, unopened boxes: full refund within 30 days. Because every box is built to order and the exact cards vary, opened boxes can't be returned.
