Card condition & authenticity
Cards are near-mint or better unless the listing says otherwise. Every autograph and memorabilia card comes from a certified manufacturer release (Topps, Panini, Bowman) or carries third-party authentication.
What "guaranteed" means
Guaranteed attaches to categories, not specific cards: 1 autograph, 1 memorabilia/patch, 1 rookie, 1 numbered card or short print, 1 current star — in every pack, no exceptions. Product photos show examples from past packs. No specific card, player, or value is promised beyond those categories.
Returns & refunds
Sealed, unopened packs: full refund within 30 days. Because contents are randomized, opened packs can't be returned.
